Opal’s daughter, Colette, was checking her Ring camera feed when she noticed something small but deeply human: their Waste Management driver, Billy Shelby, gently walking Opal’s garbage bin up the driveway, pausing to chat with her, and making sure she was steady on her feet.

Billy had noticed that Opal sometimes struggled with the heavy bin, so he simply started helping — no fanfare, no expectation, just kindness woven into his daily route.
